Who says you have to “know how to drink beer” to join the fun?
Every journey needs a comfortable place to start. Some people step into the world of Hai Củ Lạc with their first glass of golden beer. Others stand outside the door, a little hesitant, because everyone says “beer is so bitter.” Táo Lên Men was made to open that door for them.
On the label is a dark green tree, its roots crossing over each other, its leaves curling like thoughts not yet put into words. We chose a tree because everything begins at the root: water, fruit and time that is willing to wait. Beneath that name, the words “Hai Củ Lạc” are still there, because whichever door you come in through, you are walking with us.
Táo Lên Men is fermented apple juice, with the sweet-tart taste of apple and a clear apple aroma – an alternative to the familiar bitter taste. No rush, no fuss, and no need to get used to it first.
If you choose it for your first sip, choose it because you’re curious, because it suits you, because it’s fun – not because the next table is drinking it, and not because someone says that’s what being a “grown-up” means. A good time has no entrance test, and taste is personal.
Start gently, because every journey needs a first sip
